HOME INSPECTION LLC
You've purchased and now your 12 month builder warranty is almost up. Check to see if any repairs by your builder are necessary. A copy of your warranty should be available prior to starting. I'll also ask that the homeowner makes a list of all complaints and concerns about the house and we will focus on those prior to the inspection.
11 MONTH INSPECTION
Shortly after requesting my services and agreeing on the fee, the date, time and address of the inspection, a new client will receive my pre Inspection agreement via email. After the inspection agreement is agreed to and signed, we will meet at said home on said date and start. I typically start outside and work inward and finish with the crawl space. The client is welcome to follow me around otherwise I will start solo and give the client an update after each section or after the inspection is complete.
